Finally, on the finish, this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Lower Austria delights with good length. Hints of red currant and violets are again apparent.
Vinification of the Bründlmayer Zweigelt Rosé Leh
The basis for the balanced Zweigelt Rosé Leh from Lower Austria are grapes from the Zweigelt grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully milled. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.
