The Zinfandel from Dancing Bull is a soft, spicy drop with complex fruit notes that inspires with a deep dark, almost black robe. In a complex bouquet, it presents a blend of blackberries, black cherries and raspberries, rounded off with spicy notes of black pepper and vanilla.
The rich, velvety soft palate bursts with fruit fullness and complexity. The label adorns a rather unusual image of a dancing bull and thus fully meets the character of this wine. This zinc needle has a powerful, present but not too intrusive style.
Vinification for the Dancing Bull Zinfandel
This cuvée is vinified 80% from Zinfandel and 10% from Syrah and Petite Syrah.
