Bardolino Chiaretto DOC 2021 - Zenato

Zenato's Bardolino Chiaretto from the Italian DOC Bardolino wine region in Veneto is a wonderful fresh, fruity and lively rosé wine cuvée made from the Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grape varieties. 

This wine appears in an intense coral pink with a violet sheen in the glass, unfolding its wonderful bouquet dominated by flowers and summer red fruits, such as strawberries and cherries. On the palate, this rosé cuvée is animating and harmonious, with a fresh fruitiness.

Vinification of Zenato Bardolino Chiaretto

The grapes for Bardolino Chiaretto come from vineyards with dry, clayey and calcareous soils. The climate is Mediterranean, with hot dry summers and mild humid winters.

After selective harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and the must is drawn off after a short maceration period and fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
