The Tussock Jumper Wolf Pinot Grigio Venezia is a first-class white wine in a glass. It reveals a wonderfully bright, golden yellow color. This single-varietal Italian wine flatters the glass with wonderfully expressive notes of lemon, green apple, pineapple and pear. There are also hints of other fruits.
The Tussock Jumper Wolf Pinot Grigio Venezia is wonderfully dry for wine connoisseurs. This white wine is never coarse or austere, but round and smooth. On the tongue, this balanced white wine is characterized by an incredibly crisp texture. The Wolf Pinot Grigio Venezia is impressively fresh and lively on the palate thanks to its present fruit acidity. On the finish, this youthful white wine from the Veneto wine-growing region impresses with its considerable length. Once again, there are hints of green apple and lemon. Mineral notes from the marl and limestone-dominated soils are added to the finish.
Vinification of the Wolf Pinot Grigio Venezia from Tussock Jumper
This balanced white wine from Italy is made from the Pinot Grigio grape variety. The vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on limestone and marl soils in Veneto. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
