London Dry Gin - Wint & Lila

Wint & Lila London Dry Gin is dedicated to the Spanish family Wint & Lila. This family founded the East India Companies in southern Spain in the 17th century. 

Only the best botanicals and spices are used for this gin. Already in the nose unfolds a wonderful floral aroma, which is accompanied by spicy hints. The palate is convinced by this gin with its fresh and Mediterranean character. 

Production process of the Wint & Lila London Dry Gin

Juniper is taken as the basis for this Spanish gin. In addition, among other things, coriander, angelica and cinnamon. For the freshness on the palate and the uniqueness of this gin are the native botanicals such as orange peel, orange blossom, lemon, lime and peppermint from Andalusia. 

The botanicals are fused together in centuries-old copper bubbles using the 'au bain marie' method. The distillate is distilled a total of five times.
