Vinification of the Tussock Jumper Wild Boar Pinot Noir

Balanced Boar Pinot Noir from France is a single varietal wine made from the Pinot Noir grape variety. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in France. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of clay and limestone. After the hand harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.
