The Marlborough wine region is world famous for aromatic white wines and Pinot Noir. Wild Rock's parcels of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir are sourced from prime Marlborough vineyards. The region is known for its rich alluvial soil, which produces wines with great depth and fruit intensity. The region, in the far north of New Zealand's South Island, includes cool, dry inland sites and early, mature vineyards that are more exposed to coastal sea breezes and produce pure, intensely flavored grapes of exceptional quality.

Hawke's Bay, on New Zealand's North Island, is blessed with a variety of soils and microclimates that offer endless opportunities for growing grapes. The Gimblett Gravels are the warmest vineyards in New Zealand, with ideal climate factors including hours of sunshine, humidity and rainfall. This combination of fertile soils and continental climate allows Hawke's Bay to produce wines with great complexity and flavors.
