Vinification of the Pinot Blanc Bio from Weingut Studier

This balanced white wine from Germany is made vegan from the Pinot Blanc grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Palatinate region. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of loam and loess. After manual harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Pinot Blanc Bio can further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
