In the glass, the Den Tag versüßen from the pen of Weingut Kiefer offers a brilliant shimmering light yellow color. The first nose of the Den Tag versüßen presents nuances of peach and nectarines.
The Weingut Kiefer Den Tag versüßen presents us with an incredibly fruity taste on the tongue, which is of course also due to its residual sweet profile. Light-footed and multifaceted, this crisp and silky white wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its concise fruit acid, the Den Tag versüßen is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. The finish of this white wine from the wine-growing region of Baden, more precisely from the Kaiserstuhl, finally impresses with a good reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral notes of the soils dominated by volcanic rock and loess soil.
Vinification of the Weingut Kiefer Den Tag versüßen
This elegant white wine from Germany is vinified from the grape varieties Müller-Thurgau, Muskateller and Scheurebe. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Baden. Here the vines dig their roots deep into soils of loess soil and volcanic rock. After the hand harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by a few months of maturation on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
Food recommendation for Weingut Kiefer Den Tag versüßen
