The Graf Neipperg winery looks back on an eventful history, beginning in the 13th century. A journey marked by tradition, new ideas and award-winning wine. On the terraces around the castle of the Counts Neipperg, first-class wines are produced in the traditional way. On the Neipperg Schloßberg, the Schwaigerner Ruthe and other areas, classic red wine varieties such as Pinot Noir, Lemberger, Trollinger and Dornfelder are grown on the fertile and loamy soils. The focus of the counts is clearly on finesse-rich red wine, but also dry white wines from the Muskateller or Riesling grape variety, as well as juicy rosé are created in the most careful way - in the vineyard and in the cellar.
For more than 70 years now, the Graf Neipperg winery has been committed to ensuring that ecological and nature-oriented work in the vineyard results in impeccable quality for grapes and soil. In the cellar, the wine traditionally matures in wooden barrels. The Neipperg family has often been in charge of small revolutions in the winery. Back to time-honored traditions in viticulture. Together with this philosophy, the excellent quality of the grapes, the immense experience of the cellar masters and the mild climate of the region, fabulous wines are created, which have been awarded with important prizes by numerous experts. Inspired by its success, the winery has invested in additional vineyards in France, South Africa and Bulgaria. One may be curious about further high-quality wines on absolute top level. Until then, discover fine white wine, rosé and red wine from Germany - from the Neipperg Count's Winery.
