With the Königschaffhausen-Kiechlinsbergen Vulkanfelsen Müller-Thurgau a first-class white wine comes into the wine glass. Here it offers a wonderfully brilliant, light yellow color. On the tongue, this light-footed white wine is characterized by an incredibly light texture. On the finish, this youthful wine from the Baden wine-growing region finally delights with good length. Once again, hints of peach and honeydew melon appear.

Vinification of the volcanic rock Müller-Thurgau of Königschaffhausen-Kiechlinsbergen

This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Müller-Thurgau. For this exceptionally elegant varietal wine from Königschaffhausen-Kiechlinsbergen, only first-class grapes were brought in. After harvesting, the grapes are taken to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After completion of fermentation, the volcanic rock Müller-Thurgau can further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.

This white wine from Germany is best enjoyed moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to omelet with salmon and fennel, wok vegetables with fish or spaghetti with yogurt-mint pesto.
