For this exceptionally elegant varietal wine from Königschaffhausen-Kiechlinsbergen, only first-class grapes were brought in. After harvesting, the grapes are taken to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After completion of fermentation, the volcanic rock Müller-Thurgau can further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
