Die Trauben für diesen Tempranillo werden von Hand gelesen und sanft gepresst. Dem schließt sich die Fermentation und Mazeration in offenen Tanks an. Anschließend findet in Fässern aus französischer Eiche die malolaktische Fermentation statt und der Ausbau für 4 Monate.
