This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Scheurebe. Only immaculate grapes were harvested for this exceptionally elegant single-varietal wine from Weingut Zur Schwane. In Franconia, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on limestone soils. After the harvest, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed.
