Vinification of the Dreissigacker Vintages White
The elegant Vintages White from Germany is a cuvee of three wines of different vintages, pressed from the Riesling grape variety. The grapes for this white wine from Germany are harvested exclusively by hand when they are perfectly ripe. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully milled. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by a few months of aging on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.

Enjoy this white wine from Germany ideally moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C as an accompaniment to coconut-lime fish curry, pumpkin casserole or cod with cucumber-mustard vegetables.
