The Vintages Red from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen reveals itself in the glass in brilliant shimmering ruby red. The bouquet of this red wine from Rheinhessen enchants with nuances of mulberry, blackberry, black currant and blueberry. If we trace the aromatics further, gingerbread spice, cinnamon and cocoa bean are added.

This German wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with only 0.5 grams of residual sugar. As you would naturally expect from a wine in the high quality wine range, this German wine naturally enraptures with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily need a lot of residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this light-bodied red wine is wonderfully velvety and dense. Due to its present fruit acidity, the Vintages Red presents itself impressively fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this red wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen finally inspires with considerable length. There are again hints of mulberry and black currant.

Vinification of the Dreissigacker Vintages Red

The elegant Vintages Red from Germany is a cuvée, organically produced from the grape varieties Saint Laurent and Pinot Noir. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation .
