The powerful Vieilles Vignes Blanc Châteauneuf-Du-Pape from France is a cuvée, organically vinified from the grape varieties Bourboulenc, Clairette, Grenache Blanc and Roussanne. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the organically produced Vieilles Vignes Blanc Châteauneuf-Du-Pape is aged for several months in oak barriques.
