The Vermentino from Bolgheri from the Antinori winery Tenuta Guado al Tasso presents itself with a bright straw yellow colour and greenish reflections in the glass. On the nose intense and crisp aromas reminiscent of Ztrusfruit, candied fruit and passion fruit. On the palate, the Vermentino of Guado al Tasso is dry, fine, pleasant acidity and minerality lend freshness, balance and flavour, the finish is long and sustainable. Vinification of Guado al Tasso Vermentino Bolgheri The Vermentino of Guado al Tasso was produced from the autochthonous grape variety of the same name, the grapes are harvested from the different parcels at dawn depending on maturation and immediately brought to the winery, gently destemmed and pressed. The must is fermented in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature, the wine is left on the fine yeast until bottling. The bottling takes place in January after the harvest. Food recommendation for Vermentino Bolgheri DOC by Guado al Tasso This Vermentino from the Mediterranean coast of Tuscany is a wonderful accompaniment to pasta with seafood.
