Vinification of the Domaine Caroline Bonnefoy Ventoux Rosé
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully balanced Cuvée Ventoux Rosé from Domaine Caroline Bonnefoy are Carignan, Cinsault and Grenache grapes. After the hand harvest, the grapes immediately arrive at the winery. Here they are selected and gently broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Ventoux Rosé can further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
