Vinification for the Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore by Cecilia Beretta
This red wine cuvée is vinified from the Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grape varieties. The grapes for it come from Veneto and were strictly selected.
This red wine is produced according to the Ripasso Superiore method, which means that the grapes are first dried on drying racks. This results in a concentration of aromas. The aging for this Italian wine took place for 12 months in barrique barrels.
