This cuvée is intense, pleasant and juicy on the palate. An elegantly fresh and tannic wine with a good structure.
Vinification for the Valpolicella DOC of Lazio Morini
This cuvée consists of the grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella and Croatina. Their vines are rooted in limestone clay soils in the Mezzane di Sotto region.
The harvest is followed by destemming and pressing, followed by cold maceration for 12-18 hours at 7-8°C. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, this wine is aged in a stainless steel tank.
