After the harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of the fermentation, the Val Duna Merlot is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
