More information about Trollinger Lemberger - Weingut Sonnenhof
The Trollinger Lemberger from Weingut Sonnenhof in Württemberg presents a brilliant ruby red color in the wine glass. This German cuvée reveals wonderfully expressive notes of redcurrant, blackberry, plum and blueberry in the glass. There are also hints of other fruits.
The light-footed Weingut Sonnenhof Trollinger Lemberger shows us an incredibly fruity taste on the tongue, which is of course due to its residual sweet profile. On the tongue, this light-footed red wine is characterized by an incredibly fleshy texture. The Trollinger Lemberger is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate thanks to its present fruit acidity. On the finish, this red wine from the Württemberg wine-growing region finally delights with its beautiful length. Once again, there are hints of rose and strawberry jam.
Vinification of the Trollinger Lemberger from Weingut Sonnenhof
The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Trollinger Lemberger cuvée from Weingut Sonnenhof is Lemberger and Trollinger grapes. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
