Trimbach has been growing wine since 1626, a passion that has been passed down from generation to generation to this day. The family philosophy has always been not to be among the greatest, but to be among the best.

Winery Trimbach - Wine and Eau de Vie from Alsace

The Trimbach winery is located directly on the Route des Vins, in the famous wine village of Ribeauvillé. The grapes are harvested from the 40 hectare vineyard at the foot of the Vosges Mountains.

Traditional vinification

The wines are vinified traditionally so that their clear, dry and racy character is fully appreciated. The wine leaves the cellar only after many years of bottle aging, when they begin to reveal their true class. The impressive and unprecedented longevity is one of Trimbach's trademarks .

Trimbacher's fruit brandies

It is not only their world-renowned wine specialties that attract attention, but also their Eau de Vie, exquisite fruit brandies for which only the choicest, ripest fruits are used. They are distilled in a copper pot still and then mature for at least 16 months in stainless steel tanks until they can then delight us as "water of life" with their intense fruity aromas and velvety richness on the palate.
