This elegant rosé wine from Germany is organically cuvéed from the grape varieties Dornfelder, Lemberger and Regent. After the hand harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off.
