The Terre di Cariano Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOC by Cecilia Beretta is presented in the glass in a dark red with the lush aromas of cherries, cassis, chocolate and noble spices.

This red wine reveals itself warm and soft on the palate with ripe and silky tannins. A balanced Amarone with a long reverberation.

Vinification of Cecilia Beretta Terre di Cariano Amarone

This cuvée is vinified from the grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella, Corvinone, Croatina and Oseleta. The grapes for this red wine are dried after harvest. 

30% of this Amarone matured for 24 months in large wooden barrels, the rest in barriques. Subsequently, the Terre di Cariano was refined in the bottle for 12 months.
