Ego Bodegas' talent is vinified from Syrah and Monastrell grape varieties. The colour is bright ruby red with cherry red highlights.
In the nose strong aromas of red berries unfold. Clear notes of blackberry and currant can be heard.
On the palate, the Spanish red wine is very pleasant and balanced and offers a fruity taste. The finish is accompanied by beautiful tannins.
Vinification of the talent of Ego Bodegas
At constant temperature, the grapes of Talento are fermented for 10 to 15 days. Afterwards, the red wine from Spain matures for 2 months in American oak.
