Vinification of the Syrah Terre Siciliane from Funaro
This powerful red wine from Italy is made organically from the Syrah grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for a few months before the wine is finally bottled.

This Italian red wine is best enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C. It is the perfect accompaniment to leek tortilla, roasted veal liver with apples, onions and balsamic vinegar sauce or vegetable couscous with beef rissoles.
