Vinification of the Spumante Bianco Extra Dry from Corvezzo
The basis for the elegant Spumante Bianco Extra Dry from Italy are grapes from the Chardonnay, Glera and Pinot Blanc varieties. Following the harvest, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation of the base wines. Once the cuvée has been blended, further ageing takes place using the Charmat method. The Corvezzo Spumante Bianco Extra Dry then matures in the bottle for several months before being disgorged.
