Vinification of the Allendorf Pinot Noir Rosé
This balanced rosé wine from Germany is made from the Pinot Noir grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Rheingau. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into loam and loess soils. After the harvest, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
