More information about Spätburgunder Rosé trocken - Jakob Schneider
Jakob Schneider's Pinot Noir Rosé from the Nahe region offers a bright, ruby red color in the swirled glass. This single-varietal German wine shows wonderfully youthful notes of raspberries and strawberries in the glass. This is joined by hints of pepper.
The Jakob Schneider Pinot Noir Rosé presents itself to the wine drinker wonderfully dry. This rosé wine is never coarse or meager, as one might expect from a wine in the upper price range. Balanced and multifaceted, this light and silky rosé wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its concise fruit acidity, the Pinot Noir Rosé reveals itself to be fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful wine from the wine-growing region of the Nahe finally inspires with good length. There are again hints of raspberry and strawberry.
Vinification of the Jakob Schneider Pinot Noir Rosé
The basis for the balanced Pinot Noir Rosé from the Nahe are grapes from the grape variety Pinot Noir. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Pinot Noir Rosé is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
Food recommendation for the Pinot Noir Rosé from Jakob Schneider
