More information about Spätburgunder feinherb - Bretz

The Pinot Noir from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen reveals itself in the glass in a bright light red. Poured into a red wine glass, this red wine from Germany reveals wonderfully expressive aromas of sour cherry and blackberry, rounded off by earth and redcurrant.

On the tongue, this balanced red wine is characterized by an incredibly velvety texture. The finish of this red wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen is impressive with a beautiful aftertaste.

Vinification of Bretz Pinot Noir

The balanced Pinot Noir from Germany is a single-varietal wine made from the Pinot Noir grape variety. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.

Dining recommendations for Bretz Pinot Noir

This German wine is best enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C. It is the perfect accompaniment to spinach gratin with almonds, stuffed peppers or cabbage roulades
