Der Soraie Rosso Veneto IGT von Cecilia Beretta zeigt sich im Glas in einem kräftigen Rubinrot und entfaltet dabei wunderbare Fruchtaromen von Pflaumen und Johannisbeeren. Das Bouquet wird abgerundet durch Anklänge von Vanille und Gewürzen.

Am Gaumen begeistert diese Cuvée mit ihrer guten Struktur und mit einem weichen Mundgefühl, welches von samtigen Tanninen untermalt wird.

Vinifikation für den Cecilia Beretta Soraie 

Diese Cuvée wird aus den Rebsorten Merlot, Corvina, Cabernet und Croatina vinifiziert. Die von Hand gelesenen Trauben werden über einem Zeitraum von einem Monat in offenen Holzkisten getrocknet, um so eine höhere Konzentration an Zucker zu erreichen.

Nach dem Trocknen werden die Trauben sanft gepresst und in Edelstahltanks fermentiert. Im Anschluss daran wird dieser Wein für 5 Monate in Tonneaus gebracht und für die malolaktische Fermentierung danach wieder in Edelstahltanks überführt.

Genießen Sie diesen halbtrockenen Rotwein zu gegrilltem oder roten Fleisch, Wild oder reifem Käse.
