In Lower Austria, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of loess. The grapes for this rosé wine from Austria, after ensuring optimal ripeness, are harvested exclusively by hand. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Sommelier Rosé Zweigelt can further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
