More information about Silvaner trocken - Weingut Am Stein
The organically produced Silvaner from Weingut Am Stein comes into the glass with a brilliant light yellow color. Poured into a white wine glass, this white wine from Germany offers wonderfully distinguished aromas of ripe apple and green apple, rounded off by other fruity nuances.
The Silvaner from Weingut Am Stein is ideal for all wine lovers who like as little sweetness in their wine as possible. However, it never appears sparse or brittle, but round and smooth. On the palate, the texture of this light-footed white wine is wonderfully silky. Due to its concise fruit acidity, the Silvaner presents itself wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. The final of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of Franconia finally captivates with beautiful reverberation.
Vinification of the winery Am Stein Silvaner
The basis for the elegant Silvaner from Franconia are grapes from the Silvaner grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully ground. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
