Vinification for the Lagrein by Elena Walch
The vineyards are located in Tramin and Caldaro, these areas are characterized by their mild climate and, on the south side of the Alps, very Mediterranean climate. About 1800 hours of sunshine every year and maximum temperatures of up to 30 ° Celsius offer the perfect conditions for winegrowing.
