Der Selección Especial von Abadía Retuerta zeigt sich im Glas in einem satten Dunkelrot und umschmeichelt zunächst die Nase mit den intensiven Aromen roten Früchten und floralen Noten. Das Bouquet wird ergänzt durch Nuancen von Karamell, Zedernholz und einem Hauch Eukalyptus.
Diese Cuvée ist am Gaumen weich und frisch und begeistert mit der tollen Balance zwischen Alkohol, Säure und Tanninen. Der lange Abgang ist geprägt von den weichen Tanninen.
Vinifikation des Abadía Retuerta Selección Especial
Diese Cuvée wird aus den Rebsorten Tempranillo, Syrah und Cabernet Sauvignon vinifiziert und reifte für 16 Monate in Fässern aus französischer und amerikanischer Eiche.
