This balanced red wine from Germany is made from the Pinot Meunier grape variety. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Schwarzriesling can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
