More information about Sauvignon Blanc trocken - Seebrich
The Sauvignon Blanc from Seebrich in Rheinhessen offers a bright, light yellow color in the wine glass. In the glass, this white wine from Seebrich shows aromas of green apple and pears, complemented by minerals. This wine tastes pleasantly dry. It was bottled with 7.5 grams of residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine, this German wine naturally delights with the finest balance despite its dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily require sugar. This light white wine is balanced and multi-layered on the palate. Thanks to its vital fruit acidity, the Sauvignon Blanc is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. On the finish, this wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen finally delights with its beautiful length. Once again, there are hints of green apple and pear.
Vinification of Seebrich Sauvignon Blanc
This balanced Sauvignon Blanc from Germany is a single-varietal wine made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. After manual harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off.
