On the finish, this wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen finally delights with its beautiful length. Once again, there are hints of green apple and pear.
Vinification of Seebrich Sauvignon Blanc
This balanced Sauvignon Blanc from Germany is a single-varietal wine made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. After manual harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
