The Sauvignon Blanc from the Ellermann-Spiegel winery, which has been aged in new tonneau barrels in addition to stainless steel, has a seductive scent of gooseberry, kiwi, lychee and passion fruit. On the palate, the tropical aromas meet with a fine, mineral texture and combine to form a great wine. This German white wine convinces with juicy elderberry aromas, ripe gooseberry and enormous spice of coffee and roasted hazelnuts in the finish.
