The grapes for this red wine from Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grow on a southern slope and soils with clay and sandy layers.
The fermentation of this Italian red wine takes place with autochthonous yeasts in small fermenters made of glass concrete with a 15-day maceration at a controlled temperature of 25-30 ° Celsius.
This cuvée was then matured for about 12 months in small 225-litre American and French oak barrels and then bottled without further treatment.
