Vinification of the Osteria Sangiovese Terre di Chieti
The basis for the balanced Sangiovese Terre di Chieti from Italy is grapes from the Sangiovese grape variety. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Sangiovese Terre di Chieti can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
