Vinification of the Saint Laurent Rheinhessen from Keth
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Saint Laurent. Only the best grapes were used for this wonderfully balanced single-varietal wine from Keth. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in large wood at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the elegant Saint Laurent Rheinhessen is aged for several months in oak barrels.

This red wine from Germany is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to lamb stew with chickpeas and dried figs, vegetable couscous with beef meatballs or duck breast with sugar snap peas.
