More information about Sabbi Roero Arneis DOCG - San Silvestro

On the palate, the Sabbi Roero Arneis from San Silvestro opens pleasantly dry, grippy and aromatic. Some wines are dry on the label, others really are. This white wine belongs to the latter, as it was bottled with just 0.7 g of residual sugar. This crisp and melting white wine is balanced and multi-layered on the palate. The Sabbi Roero Arneis reveals itself to be exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate thanks to its concise fruit acidity. On the finish, this youthful white wine from the Piedmont wine-growing region finally impresses with its considerable length. There are again hints of apricot and jasmine.
Vinification of the Sabbi Roero Arneis from San Silvestro
The balanced Sabbi Roero Arneis from Italy is a single-varietal wine made from the Arneis grape variety. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Sabbi Roero Arneis can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
