The wines of the partnership
in 1997, Dr. Anton Rupert of South Africa and Baron Edmond de Roth schild of France jointly founded Rupert & Rothschild Vignerons. The brand stands for three distinctive wines.
The varietal white wine - Baroness Nadine - known after the wife of Baron Edmond de Rothschild. The flagship Bordeaux blend - named after the late Baron Edmond de Rothschild - and the classic red cuvée - one of the best-selling and most sought-after South African red wines in its category.
