The first nose of the Rubeno Lagrein Alto Adige presents notes of violets and blackcurrants. The fruity aspects of the bouquet are joined by notes of barrel ageing and even more fruity, balsamic nuances.

This red wine belongs to the latter, as it was bottled with just 2.1 g of residual sugar. This dense red wine is balanced and multi-layered on the palate. Vinification of Cantina Andrian Rubeno Lagrein Alto Adige
This balanced red wine from Italy is made from the Lagrein grape variety. The vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on limestone soils in Trentino-Alto Adige. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small oak barrels at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the elegant Rubeno Lagrein Alto Adige is matured for another 6 months in oak barriques.
