This French can be called an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, with an exceptionally impressive presentation. After the hand harvest, the grapes immediately enter the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. After its end, the powerful Rouge Côtes de Provence is aged for several months in oak barrels.
