In the glass, the Rosso del Bepi Veneto 1.5 l Magnum by Giuseppe Quintarelli has a dense ruby red color. Vinification of the Rosso del Bepi Veneto 1.5 l Magnum by Giuseppe Quintarelli

This powerful red wine from Italy is made from the Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Corvina, Corvinone, Croatina, Nebbiolo and Rondinella grape varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small oak barrels at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
