The Rosengarten Chardonnay von Groh is an outstanding, grape varietal and creamy white wine from the German wine growing region Rheinhessen.
In the glass, this wine shines in a rich straw yellow with bright golden highlights. The bouquet flatters the nose with expressive aromas of yellow apples, sun-ripened citrus fruits and juicy apricots - accompanied by fine nut and roasted aromas. This German white wine convinces the palate with its wonderfully creamy texture and delicate melting. The aromas of the nose are also reflected and accompany you to the long-lasting finale.
Vinification of the Groh Chardonnay Rose Garden
TheChardonnay grows in Bechtheim on soils rich in limestone and lime marl. The soils offer the best conditions for the cultivation of Burgundy varieties.
The careful harvest follows a very strict and careful selection of the Chardonnay grapes. Once the harvested material has arrived in Groh's wine cellar, the grapes are pressed as a whole. This chardonnay is then fermented in barrique barrels (first and second coating) and matured for 7 months on the fine yeast.
Food recommendation for the Rosengarten Chardonnay
