The finish of this rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen impresses with a beautiful aftertaste.
Vinification of the Seebrich rosé
The basis for this balanced rosé from Germany is grapes from the Dornfelder, Saint Laurent and Pinot Noir varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
