More information about Rosé trocken - Seebrich
This elegant rosé from Seebrich glides into the glass with a bright ruby red color. This Seebrich rosé wine reveals all kinds of peaches, apricots and mangoes on the nose.
The Seebrich Rosé tastes pleasantly dry. It was bottled with 7.5 grams of residual sugar. This is a real quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this German wine naturally delights with the finest balance despite its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily need a lot of sugar. The texture of this balanced rosé wine is wonderfully light on the palate. Thanks to its present fruit acidity, the rosé is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. The finish of this rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen impresses with a beautiful aftertaste.
Vinification of the Seebrich rosé
The basis for this balanced rosé from Germany is grapes from the Dornfelder, Saint Laurent and Pinot Noir varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
