More information about Rosé Brut Théophile - Champagne Théophile Roederer
In the glass, the Rosé Brut Théophile of Champagne Théophile Roederer shows a bright light red color. The bubbles of this champagne are incredibly fine, elegant and long-lasting in the glass. When swirling the glass, one can perceive a perfect balance in this sparkling wine, as it does not stand out on the glass walls in a watery, syrupy or liqueur-like manner. This French cuvée presents wonderfully expressive notes of roses, strawberries and raspberries in the glass. These are joined by hints of other fruits.
On the palate, the texture of this well-balanced champagne is wonderfully crisp. On the finish, this wine from the Champagne wine-growing region finally delights with considerable length. Once again, hints of raspberry and rose appear.
Vinification of the Champagne Théophile Roederer Rosé Brut Théophile
The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully balanced cuvée Rosé Brut Théophile of Champagne Théophile Roederer are Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grapes. Rosé Brut Théophile is an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, as this Frenchman exudes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underscores the success of Old World wines. After the hand harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by the fermentation of the base wines.
